I’m not here to hand out advice or tell you what to do. Because the truth is, you probably already know more than you think—you just need the right space to explore it and make it work for your life.
That’s where I come in.
As an NHS health and well-being coach with a background in personal training and coaching, I work one to one with people who want to feel more in control of their health and well-being, without following someone else’s plan.
This isn’t about diets, rigid routines or quick fixes. It’s about getting clear on what matters to you, and making changes that actually stick.
Sometimes all it takes is a single face to face session or a phone call to get things moving. Other times, we might have a few sessions to dig deeper and build momentum. And if it helps, we can check in regularly to keep things on track.
Sessions are relaxed, personal, and tailored to you—offered in person (in London or Hampshire) or over the phone, depending on what suits you best.
